5.  The links below have instructions on how to provide your specific sample format. 

     If you want us to do bacterial growth, DNA purification, and sequencing, submit either:

        Bacterial Colonies on agar plates

        Glycerol Stocks

     If you want us to do DNA purification and sequencing, submit:

        Pelleted Bacterial Cultures

     If you want us to do PCR, Exo/SAP cleanup, and sequencing, submit:

        Genomic DNA

     If you want us to do Exo/SAP cleanup and sequencing, submit:

        Crude PCR Products    

    If you only want us to do sequencing submit:

        Purified DNA (PCR products or plasmids)

6.  Results will be uploaded to www.functionalbio-ordering.com and you will be notified via email when they are available.
