Primers

Standard Primers Are Provided Free of Charge

     Primers on the Standard Primer list are provided free of charge . 

Customer Provided Primers

   

    -Primers should be provided in nuclease free water.   

    -Primers should be provided at a concentration of 10 picomoles/ul. 

    -For 96-well format, provide at least 120 ul of primer for each plate. 

    -For individual samples, provide 10 ul per sample.

    -By default, we'll run your reactions at an annealing temperature of 50º C. 

     If you think your primers require a different annealing temperature, make sure to note

     that on your submission form. If you're unsure of the correct Ta, just include the primer

     sequence on your submission form.

Ordering Custom Primers

    We can provide custom primers for you, however it usually adds one additional

    business day to your turnaround time.  Please contact us to get prices for custom primers.
