SPECIAL:  High Throughput DNA Prep + DNA Sequencing (96-well Plates):

      - Pasmid Prep and Sequencing             $4 per sample ($384 per plate). 

        - 2nd Read Direction                                $3 per sample ($288 per plate).

        - Savings of up to $1.50 per sample.

      

DNA Sequencing Prices:

        

       -  High Throughput (96-well plates):      $3.50 per sample ($336 per plate)

         -  Individual Samples:                                $7 per sample

         -  Difficult Template:                                   $3 per sample extra added on to the above cost

   

DNA Preparation Prices:

       (samples sent as bacterial colonies, glycerol stocks, pelleted cultures, crude PCR product)

        

       -  High Throughput:  (96 well plate)

                     *Plasmid Purification:                 $1.50 per well  ($144 per plate)

                     PCR Reaction and Clean Up:   $1.50 per well ($144 per plate)

                     PCR Clean Up Only:                   $1.00 per well  ($96 per plate)

         -  Individual Samples: (per sample)

                     *Plasmid Purification:                 $2.50

                     PCR Reaction and Clean-up:   $2.50  

                     PCR Clean-up only:                    $1.50  

*Additional handling fee of $.50/per sample is charged for samples provided as glycerol stocks or bacteria colonies on agar plates to cover the additional cost of growth.
